Re: EAF Training Programs/Brevet/Evaluations
Aircraft certification?
This sort of depends on how many aircraft we fly and the types but a flight certification for individual aircraft seems like a good idea. Then pilots can specialize in specific aircraft based on preferences and equipment.
Also accounting for pre-existing skill? A lot of people we have are going to be FG veterans who know how to fly these planes - often at a Brevet level. We're going to need a testing system to account for that...

Re: EAF Training Programs/Brevet/Evaluations
Each certification have one type of aircraft like helicopter or combat jet, is not a "certification per aicraft" but a "certification per type of aircraft", not the same thing.
Well, I think all pilots don't have skills on combat technics, airwarfare and if they have, well we'll see that with our brevet. Each specification have a "Training Program", this Training Program is here to help our pilots, 'veteran' or not to got what they need to be EAF Pilots..so I think it's necessary.

Re: EAF Training Programs/Brevet/Evaluations
Sorry I just read my last post and it wasn't clear at all:
Yes I meant certification per aircraft... just seems like a good idea because of big differences between aircraft even in the same category. For example a B-52 and an XB-70 are both bombers but separate certification seems pretty necessary.
I guess since we haven't established a specific training plan I'll hold on that one.
